No Added Sugar, Gluten Free Banana Oat Cookies (V,GF)
1 1/2 Cup gluten free oats
1/2 Cup millet flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
Dash of cinnamon
2 Tbs nuts or raisins
2 Mashed bananas
3/8 Cup coconut oil
Preheat to 350. Mix dry ingredients. In separate bowl mix bananas and oil, then add dry ingredients. Make cookies on unoiled sheet. Bake 10 – 15 minutes.
