Mint Almond Hummus (V,GF)

Ingredients
  • ½ Cup almonds
  • 1 Can (15 ounce) chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 Tbs sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbs fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ Cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Pinches sea salt and/or pepper
  • ½ Cup water
Instructions
  1. Add the almonds, chickpeas, sesame seeds, and garlic to your blender or food processor and process until creamy.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
