- ½ Cup almonds
- 1 Can (15 ounce) chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 Tbs sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 2 Tbs fresh mint leaves
- ¼ Cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Pinches sea salt and/or pepper
- ½ Cup water
- Add the almonds, chickpeas, sesame seeds, and garlic to your blender or food processor and process until creamy.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
